are responsible for positioning our KMx software solutions with Fortune

positions, one based out of New York, one based out of Ohio and one based out of Atlanta. KMSI
provides an aggressive compensation structure with a high base salary.
Must have experience selling to C-level contacts within medium to large
size corporations. Must have experience selling enterprise software
solutions. Previous experience with Docent, Saba, Pathlore or SumTotal
software is a plus! |

software engineer with significant experience in enterprise web
application development to contribute to challenging design and
development projects associated with evolution of our learning platform
and other products. The selected candidate will work with customers and
senior management to define user requirements, generate design
documents, and develop software. Projects will include web interface
development, data collection, data analysis, and database access.
Essential Skills and Experience:

KMSI is
looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a highly
technical team. Qualified candidates must have had direct relevant
experience in application support, and the ability to quickly come up to
speed on complex Web-based technologies. Prior experience in web
application development is also desired. Previous experience supporting
customers is essential. Tech Support engineers are responsible for the
post-deployment support of KMSI's flagship product KMx Enterprise both
in our hosting facility and behind the customer's firewall. You will
provide second-line support to customers, as well as technical
assistance to remote implementation teams working on customer
engagements.
Support activities start when customers file Help Desk
tickets. A Tech Support engineer is assigned to work on a ticket, will
contact customer representatives, and will work through all the steps
leading to a solution including, replication, investigation, diagnosis,
resolution, and deployment. Throughout the process, the engineer will
interact with customers, product development engineers, and other tech
support personnel. |
