KMxASP service
agreements provide the following:
- Unlimited
end-users, instructors and supervisors
- Unlimited
Developers and Administrators
- Free software maintenance
- Free standard
support package
- Free software
updates and patches
- Unlimited
reporting, including client developed reports and graphs
- Unlimited data
storage (data contained in the KMx environment includes user
information, catalogs, training transcripts, test items, SCORM
transcripts, assignments, schedules and all other non-file
related information).
- 20GB of online
content storage covered under the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
This agreement provides for daily incremental backup and a
weekly full backup of all client files and media.
- A 100 seat
KMxLive Virtual classroom available for unlimited use.
- A customizable
language pack for localization and customization of all phrases,
icons and other control elements.
- An SLA that
provides for 98% availability with documented disaster recovery
and business resumption plans.
All new KMxASP
agreements require a one-time Startup Service Package that includes:
- Initial site
launch and setup
- 2 Days of
client-site developer and administrator training
- Branding of the
primary site using the KMx Branding Kit
- Integration with
the clients Single Sign-On (SSO) environment
- Integration with
the clients Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or
Association Management System (AMS)
- Loading of client
provided eLearning courseware
- Loading of up to
5 years of client provided training history
