KMx Annual License Fees

License Fee

KMx Enterprise License- Annual fee for enterprise use of the application on an installed basis (includes KMx Development, Performance Management LMS and Learning Content Management LCMS).  Allows for unlimited use  of the software for support of the licensed organization*.  This license is best suited for corporations and government agencies that require an enterprise  solution.

KMx Enterprise ASP License – Annual fee for Application Service Providers (ASPs) that provide software to third-parties on a hosted basis.  Allows for unlimited use of the software for up to 50 supported organizations*.

Call

KMx Enterprise Integration License – Annual fee for System Integrators and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software developers that provide the KMx software to third-parties on a bundled basis.  Allows for unlimited use of the software for up to 50 installations/organizations*.

*An organization is defined by generation of a unique organization identification number within the 
application data system.  An organization identification number is required for each unique data-set 
maintained by an instance of the KMx software.

Database

Microsoft SQL Server 2000 – some performance degradation may occur if the database is located on the same server as the web application.  Note that Windows 2003 Web Edition will not support putting SQL Server on the same server with the web application.

Microsoft IE v5.5 or higher. Microsoft PowerPoint presentations converted with KMx for online delivery requires installation of the Microsoft Office Animation Runtime plugin.
